Abyzou made her debut in The Possession movie. She is a single female spirt with a killer instinct. Abyzou tormented the Brenek family, almost accomplishing her insidious plan to assume possession of Emily. She has a long history of hurting humans who refuse to listen to her evil commands. Abyzou does not work well with people. She wants to control every possession, including asserting herself as the taker of children.

The Possession may lack the influence to compete with The Exorcist movie. However, the movie conveyed the exorcism act with extreme accuracy. Tzadok yelled out Abyzou to confront the female demon spirit. The Devil Inside avoided performing the last exorcism to escape good filmmaking. We must know the name of the demon possessing a human soul to defeat their evil.

We finally learn of Abyzou, a female demon that transcends our time. Tzadok translates Abyzou from the text hidden behind the Dibbuk mirror. Abyzou is known as European folklore, albeit most Greek people recognize her as an ancient female demon. Clyde learned the hard way that asking Abyzou take him instead will result in a chronic sore throat.

Abyzou will not take no for an answer. She wants more than friendship. Abyzou is a powerful female demon that burrows into the internal cavity of young children. She reminds children that there's more to their sore throats than a common cold. Abyzou enjoys watching vulnerable humans succumb to her evil.

The Possession demon makes The Woman in Black antagonist appear kind. Abzou is one Hell of a catch. If you want a woman to take possession over you, Abyzou is awaiting you. She understands how to please humans. Her work experience comes from defying God for thousands of years.

Her strengths include Hebrew chanting, convincing humans to harm their loved ones, controlling an army of moths to infest homes, taking an invisible form to pummel defiant humans, persistence to get what she craves most -  to live again, and performing teeth extractions at no charge.
