Rec 3: Genesis is set to enter movie theaters on September 7, 2012. It is a limited release, so don't count on finding the outbreak movie in a theater near your hometown. Rec 3: Genesis is completely opposite from the previous Rec 2 movie.
In the last Rec 2 movie, a swat team and a medical officer are dispatched to a quarantined apartment building. The medical officer is later discovered to be a priest/exorcist who the Church dispatched to deal with the devil crisis. Rec 2 has a surprise twist ending that you will never suspect.
Rec:3 Genesis is a shocking movie that is more like a zombie movie. We watch a couple get married at a church. Something goes deadly wrong, as the wedding guests begin to eat apart others. The bride and groom are thus separated, which they put on a fight to reunite.
The Rec 3: Genesis movie compliments the zombie sub-genre. Rec 2 is most consistent with the exorcism sub-genre. However, the Rec 3: Genesis movie reveals way more bloodshed than the previous sequel. We expect Rec 3: Genesis to produce chills and thrills.
